This website belongs to the Hyde Park United Soccer League (HPUSL), a non-profit, volunteer run and community driven youth sports organization. What personal data we collect and why we collect it
We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, register on the site, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, mailing address, phone number. Users may, however, visit our Site anonymously. We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily provide such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personal identification information, except that it may prevent them from making purchases and engaging in other Site-related activities.
We may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with our Site. Non-personal identification information may include the browser name, the type of computer and technical information about the User’s means of connection to our Site, such as the operating system and the Internet service providers used and other similar information.
By default WordPress does not collect any personal data about visitors, and only collects the data shown on the User Profile screen from registered users.

How We Protect Your Information
We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit personal information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline. We share this personal information with our partners who need such information in order to complete orders placed by you on the Site. Wherever we collect personal information, that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. If that personal information is credit card information, it is encrypted and transmitted directly to the payment provider in a secure way. We do not see that credit card information.
Sharing Your Personal Information
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others except to our partners as necessary in order to complete orders placed by you on the Site. We may share aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal information regarding visitors and Users with our business partners, affiliates and advertisers for the purposes mentioned above. We may use third party service providers to help us operate our business and the Site or administer activities on our behalf, such as sending out newsletters or surveys and promotional material. We may share your information with these third parties for those limited purposes provided that you have given us your permission.
Marketing Opt-In And Opt-Out Provision
When you register, you will be given the option to opt-out of subscribing to our regular update service which will send you: Email alerts for new products, features, enhancements, special offers, upgrade opportunities, contests, events of interest, and one-off marketing promotions. We do not sell or otherwise pass your details to third parties for marketing purposes. Marketing communications you subscribe to will only be sent by us. At all times, we will offer you the opportunity to unsubscribe out of any service or update to which you have subscribed, if you change your mind.
How long we retain your data
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
